  Jeffrey Petersen

  MD DC

  Jeffrey Petersen, MD, DC is a board certified Family Physician. As a family doctor, he is trained to treat patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. Dr. Petersen attended Cal Poly Pomona and Asbury College as an undergraduate and then continued on to LA College of Chiropractic to become a chiropractor. Upon completion of his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1995, his passion for medicine and helping others would ultimately lead him to pursue a degree in medicine. He attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean, including a year of clinical work in London, and earned his medical degree in 1998. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Eastern Maine Medical Center, where he was Chief Resident, in 2002. He has since served as a Family Physician and been highly involved with the community of Fallbrook. Dr. Petersen was also previously Chief of Staff at Fallbrook Hospital.

  David Bridgeman

  MD

  Dr. David Bridgeman is a board certified Family Physician. As a family doctor, he enjoys the treating all family members, from newborns to grandparents. He believes in addressing the root cause of a patient’s complaint, not just the symptoms. Dr. Bridgeman has been practicing in Fallbrook since 2000. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1997. He served both his internship and residency at the UCLA-affiliated Northridge Hospital in Northridge, California.

  Gabriella Carenza

  FNP, CDE

  Gabriella Carenza, FNP is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Graybill’s Fallbrook Office. She began her medical career 1984 as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. She joined Graybill in 1998, where she specializes in Family Practice. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and teaches Diabetes Management classes in both English and Spanish. She also has a focused interest in Women’s Health. Ms. Carenza received her degree in nursing from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of San Diego. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the California Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. She speaks fluent Spanish and Italian.

  Hui-Wen "Annie" Dai

  DO

  Dr. Hui-Wen “Annie” Dai is a board certified Family Medicine physician. As a Family Doctor, she is able to treat patients of all ages. Dr. Dai received her Osteopathic medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency program at the University of California, Irvine and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She has been practicing medicine since 2009. Dr. Dai chose to specialize in Family Medicine because she enjoys taking care of all family members from newborns to grandparents. As an Osteopath, she values helping her patients achieve optimal health through a holistic approach that treats the whole person in body, mind and spirit. She believes everyone is unique and takes pride in providing her patients with personalized health care. She also speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese.

  Frank Winton

  MD

  Dr. Frank Winton is trained in both Family and Sports Medicine. As a dual board certified physician, he is able to treat patients of all ages and all skill levels. He feels that the doctor-patient relationship resembles that of a coach and player that work together to help the whole team succeed. Dr. Winton graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas in 1998. He completed his residency at Northridge Hospital where he earned the Outstanding Resident Award. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

  Dr. Victor Huang is a board certified Family Physician with a special interest in Sports Medicine. As a Family Doctor, he is able to treat patients of all ages. A native of Northern California, Dr. Huang received his medical degree from the New York Medical College in 2000 and completed his residency program at Williamsport Hospital and Medical Center in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 2004. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

  Peter Jenson

  Dr. Peter Jenson is a board certified Family Physician. As a Family Doctor, he is able to treat patients of all ages. A San Diego native, Dr. Jenson has been practicing in Fallbrook since 2007. In addition to his practice at Palomar Medical Group Fallbrook, he also serves as Medical Director for the Fallbrook Skilled Nursing Facility. Dr. Jenson received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of California at San Diego. He completed his residency program at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
